Job in KLAW: Guitar, backing vox, songwriting.

Musical experience: Started playing guitar at the age of 13 and got some basic lessons. Started my first band called ACID with Sven Vormann (DESTRUCTION, POLTERGEIST, MEGORA..) at the age of 15 playing Thrash Metal in Sven’s childroom. Later joined Swiss Thrashers CRYONIX. Did several band jobs in studio, live shows and touring all over Europe with EVEREVE, FEAR MY THOUGHTS, UMOUNT etc…had different music projects also non-metal but always heavy;-).
In 2004 joined Swiss Metalmachine GurD – recorded albums, played tons of shows all over the globe and still doing it…2020 joined KLAW just for helping out on guitar…after having such a good time with this great guys I decided to get a fixed member of the band in 2021. Influences, favorite bands: Iron Maiden, old Metallica and Megadeth, AC/DC, Anthrax, Pantera, Rage against the Machine, Ornage 9mm, White Zombie, Sepultura, Killswitch Engage, Architects, Northlane, While she Sleeps, „oldies“ and 70th music…and so much more…
This inspires me: Listening to different kinds of music, go to concerts and festivals, talk to other people and musicians, watching movies, being outside in the nature, doing workout and stress my body, a good sounding guitar amp standing behind me shaking the ground under my feet!

I like: Music, making music, having gigs, be on stage, go to concerts, clubs, enjoying good food and tasty drinks with friends and especially with the ones I love, watching movies in my home cinema, to be on vocation, driving my jeep, creating and be creative in any way, enjoying life and having just a good time.

I do not like: Stupidity, selfish people, liars, social and political extremists, violence, annoyance, technical issues with sound gear and any not working tech stuff stealing my time, having to less time for what ever, hangover, bad mood.

What I do in life (besides KLAW): Working in IT business, being father, go to concerts, meet people, watching movies, be outside, enjoy life, always being ready to hit any stage anywhere…!
